Returns & Refunds
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to your professional activity), you are entitled to the rights provided under the Consumer Code, including the right to withdraw from a purchase contract for any reason, without explanation or penalties, according to the following terms.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date you receive the products, either through your customer account or by submitting the specific form available where your orders are archived. The instructions for completing the return will then be provided.
Consumers may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products with custom packaging, personalized items, or products that, by nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or alter quickly.
The notice of withdrawal must indicate your intention to withdraw from the purchase and list the product(s) concerned, including a copy of the relevant invoice.
In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the products within 14 (fourteen) days. You will not incur any costs except for the shipping costs of returning the product, with the exception of one free return option available for selected regions.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- It applies to individual products purchased in their entirety; partial returns of a product (e.g., accessories) are not permitted.
- Products must be intact and returned in their original packaging, including all parts and documentation.
- The customer is responsible for shipping unless free return shipping is organized by lesillashoes.com.
Refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any cost for this refund. lesillashoes.com may delay the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of dispatch is provided.
The right of withdrawal will be forfeited if:
- Returned products, accessories, or packaging are damaged.
- The product is missing its original packaging.
- Additional elements or accessories are missing.
If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, lesillashoes.com will return the product to the sender, who will bear the shipping costs and, if applicable, the refunded price of the product.
